Jip is super busy building RJ's firetruck costume, and I am at a loss for what to blog about tonight, so here are a few pics from the two picnics we had last week for Jip's work. The first picnic was for all the military folks after they completed the semi-annual PRT (Physical Readiness Test). The second picnic was an employee appreciation picnic for all of the employees, US and Japanese, in Code 330 (Waterfront Operations).

| Something lacking at both picnics were tables. So, Ryleigh got to have lunch in her stroller both days. I think she was okay with that. |
| One of the rare moments RJ was contained at the post-PRT picnic. |
| Dad's cover is just a little too big, but it sure made for a cute picture. |
| RJ and Ryleigh hung onto every moment they could with Dad -- literally. |
| RJ telling one of the translators all about his blueberry banana "applesauce." RJ was totally in love with Nomi-chan after she listened to his story, and RJ followed her around the rest of the afternoon. |

| And, a rusty staircase is where RJ got to have lunch at the Code 330 picnic. |
The kids had so much fun getting to have lunch with Dad 3 times in one week--two picnics and our weekly lunch. I don't think we'll be able to top that this week!
Tables aren't important for picnics, right?! Cute pics =) Love how Ryleigh's teeth are growing in...cracks me up!
