One of our neighbors put out fliers a few days ago about a cul-de-sac party. Starting at 1800, we all gathered in the middle of our parking area on a small grass patch under a very nice, and very large, gazebo-like covering (our neighbors own it). We didn't realize just how many children live in the houses next to us and across the parking area. There were kids everywhere, good food, new acquaintances, and balloons (check out the photos below). We had a good time and are planning on having another one of these cul-de-sac parties in a few weeks.
