What a great day we had here! It was about 70 degrees with a slight breeze. It was a perfect day to go to the park, so we headed back to Kodomo No Kuni (Children's Land).
First we had a quick lunch. We always enjoy the inspirational messages we get with our food in Japan. Today's fries had this for our reading enjoyment:

After lunch it was off to the pedal park. First, the funny bikes...
RJ got the concept of this pedal-less bike (the seat being pumped is the power), but the execution wasn't quite there.
Then there was this bike--sorry, the focus was BAD!
We hit the pedal helicopters again.
Ryleigh got to ride a crazy roving bunny. RJ decided to join her.
We then did a bunch of coin-op rides.
Then it was off to the farm area.
RJ fed the sheep...
And Ryleigh talked to them.
We then played at one of the many playgrounds. RJ learned about the power of drinking fountains.
We finished off the day with some chalk drawing. Ryleigh spent most of the time handing chalk to the other kids. Even though she didn't get that she was supposed to be making art, she sure was a cutie in her chalk-covered shirt.
It was a crazy, wonderful March Saturday!!
